REGISTRATION FORM

This is the registration for the players who have made the Team Cadeau Boys 2013
going to the Matas Buzelis tournament in Vilnius, Lithuania in June 2026


PROGRAM COST INCLUDES

• Official uniform and full gear package

• Room and board

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Tournament entry fee

• All ground transportation in Lithuania

• Chaperone supervision

• Practices in Stockholm prior to the tournament

NOT INCLUDED

• International flight

• Pocket money / personal expenses

PROGRAM COST

$690 per player (payments links will go out next week)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: One-time payment

• Full payment of $690 at registration

Option 2: Payment plan

• 3 payments of $240

  • First payment: due at registration ($230)

  • Second payment: due 30 days after the first ($230)

  • Third payment: due 30 days after the second ($230)

  • You will get an last invoice for $30 after the last payment
    
    We will shortly get back to you with information about the flight the coaches will be on. You can book that flight for your child if he travels by himself or another flight that day if you are traveling with him.
